Providing coaching and training for your team is the number 1 way to improve both performance and staff retention.

We've trained over 200 product professionals across a wide range of organisations and backgrounds and helped them to become more capable and confident product managers.

Customer feedback on our training

Tim has been offering product training for our organisation for over a year now, we keep asking him to come back.

The whole experience that Tim offers is a shining example of product thinking in action. Tim puts a lot of effort into learning our background, designing tailored course content to meet our needs, continuously getting feedback from course attendees and stakeholders to improve the course.

Tim is knowledgeable, dedicated and a very experienced product trainer. He’s absolutely top notch in the field!

Training Options

  • We spend time with you and your team to understand your specific goals and challenges, and then design a bespoke training programme just for you.

We've delivered single day alignment sessions, 8 week intensive courses, and everything in between for our clients.

  • 6 sessions of group coaching with up to 4 team members. After an initial orientation session we work together as a team to focus on 3-4 key areas of improvement that will deliver the most impact for the business via a mixture of mentoring and coaching.

Sessions are roughly 4 weeks apart giving the team time to work on goals set after each session.

After each session the team gets a write up of what was discussed, key learnings, goals and action points.

  • Working one-to-one we start by identifying key blockers and challenges and then collaboratively put together a plan to tackle them. Each session is 1.5 hours long with time to report back on progress, raise any issues arising between sessions, coach through changes and set next steps.

After each session the coachee gets a write up of what was discussed, key learnings, goals and action points.
